I coach people through career-defining moments.

Most of the people I work with are thoughtful professionals who want to be more intentional about the careers they're building.

Some come to coaching because something has changed: a promotion, a career transition, burnout, a layoff, or a new leadership role. Others arrive with questions that are harder to define. They've built successful careers but are beginning to question what's next, whether the path they're on still reflects what matters to them, or if the way they've always approached work is still serving them.

Coaching creates the space to step back, challenge assumptions, better understand what's driving your decisions, and make thoughtful choices about what's next. The goal isn't simply to solve the challenge in front of you. It's to build a career and a life that reflect what matters most to you.

A perspective earned through two decades of leading teams and careers

My perspective comes from building my own career and spending years helping shape other people's.

I've led teams at Meta, LinkedIn, and Dolby, where I hired people, developed leaders, and participated in hiring, promotion, and talent discussions. Those experiences changed how I think about careers—not just how they're built, but how they're perceived, evaluated, and rewarded.

Today I bring that perspective to coaching, combining practical leadership experience with coach training through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.

Alongside my leadership and coaching work, I'm also a certified CorePower Yoga instructor. That practice has shaped how I coach, helping me stay present, listen beyond what's being said, and notice what the body often reveals before the mind does.

What happens in coaching

I typically work with clients over 10–20 sessions, meeting weekly or every other week. Coaching engagements are offered as 60-minute sessions. We begin with a discovery session to clarify your goals, desired outcomes, and what meaningful progress looks like for you. Together, we create a coaching plan tailored to your development and leadership context.

The focus of our work isn't on finding the "right" answer. It's on understanding how you've been approaching your career, recognizing the patterns that have contributed to your success, and deciding which ones are still serving you. From there, we build new ways of thinking and working that better support where you want to go next.
