Everyone's doing more with less, and calling it progress. I help leaders figure out what actually counts now.

  • Lead without burning out your team — or yourself.
  • Get promoted for judgment, not just output.
  • Redefine what winning looks like, on your terms.

You're doing everything right, and it still isn't landing. The energy that used to carry you through is gone, and you can't quite name why. More effort isn't the fix.

I create the space to step back, ask the hard questions, and figure out what's actually getting in your way. Together, we build on what's working and chart a path forward that's actually yours.

A perspective earned through two decades of leading teams and careers

I spent two decades building my own career and shaping other people's, leading teams at Meta, LinkedIn, and Dolby, where I sat inside the hiring, promotion, and talent decisions that actually determine how careers move. That vantage point changed how I think about careers: not just how they're built, but how they're perceived, evaluated, and rewarded.

I bring that same instinct to coaching, trained through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and grounded in something less conventional. I'm also a certified CorePower Yoga instructor. That practice taught me to listen beyond what's being said and notice what the body reveals before the mind catches up, which shows up in how I coach as much as any framework does.

What happens in coaching

I typically work with clients over 10–20 sessions, meeting weekly or every other week for 60 minutes. Together, we develop and put into practice a coaching plan tailored to your development and leadership context.

The proven process

Five stages of our work.

My approach is informed by the Hudson Institute of Coaching's flexible methodology, developed through more than 30 years of coach training and action-based research. Learn about Hudson's approach.

  1. 01

    Connect

We start with a complimentary Chemistry Call to discuss your goals and what you hope to accomplish. You’ll also learn about my working style so we can decide whether we’re a good match.

  2. 02

    Envision

We start our engagement with an intake form and a goal-setting session. We identify your Big Audacious Goal, the behavioral goals that support it, and the plan.

360° feedbackWhen helpful, we begin a 360° feedback process to incorporate input from your stakeholders, team, and leadership.

  3. 03

    Activate

We work the plan in our coaching sessions. You take focused action between sessions, reflect on what you learn, and build accountability.

  4. 04

    Refine

At the midpoint, we review progress and check in with stakeholders when relevant. We adjust goals or direction based on what we learn.

  5. 05

    Sustain

We measure outcomes and build a long-term plan to continue your progress. We also decide what follow-up support would be useful.
